For this report NIDAP will contact a thousand of the largest Chinese companies. The organizations interviewed will be divided by industry. We plan to have 50 to 100 companies per industry researched.

Why China?

China is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. In 2010 it became the world’s largest exporter. Its gradual economic reform lifted millions of people out of poverty. In every major industry thousands of new jobs were created. The sleeping giant woke up. One of the major challenges Chinese businesses are facing now is how to train their employees working at management level. Although the Chinese government has been improving its investment on education for the general population there is no reliable data on investments private companies are making on education and training for their employees.
